The SINAMICS G120 family of closed-loop vector drives offers high levels of integrated safety, energy savings, and network connectivity. Available in three voltage variants for connection to 200, 400 and 690V with power ratings from ½ to 400 Hp (0.37 to 250 kW), this modular and scalable standard drive may be configured in a wide variety of designs to meet a vast array of industrial drive applications. In addition, built-in math and logic eliminate the need for a separate PLC. The EN 60204 safety functions of the SINAMICS G120 are fully integrated into the drive and include Safe Torque Off, Safe Stop 1, Safety Limited Speed and Safe Brake Control. As a result, production plants obtain greater levels of safety while requiring less overhead to integrate the drives into fail-safe, automation, and drive environments. The SINAMICS G120 vector drive also complies with NFPA 79-2007
